A few months back we decided to undertake a major improvement and commission a new(ish) mixing console.
John Oram, who has manufactured many of the pieces of hardware we've used for years, is providing us with a very special custom version of one his award-winning GP-40 consoles. It's been travelling from San Francisco, and is now at Oram HQ in Kent, where John and Dave are making sure that it's back to their demanding technical specifications.
The new desk will be installed in the second week of September. We'll be filming the process, and filming an interview with its designer, John Oram.
This is a very exciting development for us. Watch this space…
